Joy has been working as the Specific Claims Team Coordinator since early 2024. She also works as the Office Administrator for Cariboo Aboriginal Forestry Enterprises, a joint venture company owned by Alkali Resource Management and Chilcotin Plateau Enterprises.

Dr. Beth Bedard works as a researcher for Esk'etemc Specific Claims and also teaches Anthropology and Archaeology at Thompson Rivers University. She obtained her Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.), Anthropology from Durham University.
She has worked on various projects with Esk'etemc since the 1990s.

Stan’s hometown is Prince Rupert. He went to the University of Victoria for seven years, graduating from law school in 1982. While articling in 1982 he took in his first First Nation as his client – the Westbank First Nation, who remains his client.
Currently, Stan acts for approximately 27 First Nations and First Nation’s organizations. He is honoured to have acted for Esk’etemc for almost 30 years, primarily in relation to Specific Claim but also on other matters.

Aleece has lived in Kamloops for many years and considers the community her hometown. She attended Thompson Rivers University where she obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration and owns her own communications company.

Aleece has lived in Kamloops for many years and considers the community her hometown. She attended Thompson Rivers University where she obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration and owns her own communications company.
She started working with Esk'etemc in the spring of 2024 and was captured by the story of Tsqewt and the elders who worked so hard to right the wrongs of the past. She is honoured to assist the Specific Claims team in communications.
